arrival / departure dates: please plan to arrive Sunday, 26 May before 17:00 as we will begin together with a dinner;
please plan to depart Wednesday, June 5 after 12:00 as we will end with a brunch.
*Unfortunately, we cannot offer housing outside these dates, so please make travel arrangements accordingly. (See “travel” for more info).

Our purpose in this 10-day Collab is to slow down, recenter, and create from a place of enjoyment. Come to Herrnhut, a village rich in missions history and located right in the forest, for our next ONE Collab this SPRING 2024.

Accommodation: This ONE Collab will be hosted in partnership with YWAM Herrnhut at their base: a Castle in the woods! The Wasserschloss (“Water Castle”) is located at the edge of a forest and has access to many walking trails and a large garden. The housing is communal-living (shared rooms and toilets), though there is still space for privacy and alone-time.
Food: Meals are included 2x / day (lunch and dinner), beginning with dinner on Sunday, May 26 and up to brunch on Wednesday, June 5. You will be responsible for covering breakfast and any other meals before or after these dates.
- All prepared meals with have the supplementary option of gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegetarian. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any other dietary restrictions, excluding serious allergies.
Studio: The studio is in the attic in the Castle and is accessible for you to create day + night. A wide variety of materials / equipment will be provided, but if you are looking to bring something special (an expensive watercolor set, 1950s vintage typewriter, your auntie’s glockenspiel) make room in your carry-on to bring these specialty items along.
Travel: Because Herrnhut is more remotely located, you will be responsible for travel by bus or train to the closest city. From there, we can pick you up and take you to the Castle! Transport is available to / from the train stations, Löbau (Sachs) or Zittau. You will be responsible for all arrangements up to these stations.
